The following Terms & Conditions apply to the use of and purchase from WildflowerFarm.us.
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges, returns or refunds under any circumstances. Likewise, our vendors are unable to cancel or make changes or modifications to an order once it has been placed. Please be sure of the style, size, color and/ or any other specifications before submitting your order.
The submission of an order acknowledges your understanding and agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
When to Order
WildflowerFarm.us recommends placing your order as far in advance of the event as possible to allow ample time for production, shipment and any necessary alterations.
Please take in account time needed for any travel.
Vendors provide estimated delivery time frames. These time frames are tentative and subject to change according to the vendor’s production schedule. Vendors reserve the right to change their delivery time frames at their discretion and without advance notice.

How to Order
WildflowerFarm.us offers 3 convenient ways to order. We accept orders online, by phone and U.S. mail.
Ordering Online
WildflowerFarm.us provides a secure online order form. Information submitted on the form is handled with the strictest security.
Upon submitting your order, an automated email is sent to acknowledge the purchase. Payments are processed within 24 hours.
Ordering by Phone
Customer Service representatives are available Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 7:00pm CST and Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm CST to take your phone orders at +1 (978) 415-0196.
Ordering by U.S. Mail
WildflowerFarm.us accepts orders sent via U.S. mail. Print and complete our Order Form and mail with the payment.

Upon receiving your order, Customer Service will send and email to acknowledge its receipt.
Completion of Order Form
It is imperative that the order form is completed in full. To omit anything from the order will result in a processing and delivery delay.
Payment Procedure
Payment is due in full at the point of purchase. We do not offer any deferred payment or lay-away programs.
WildflowerFarm.us accepts major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
WildflowerFarm.us also accepts PayPal payments.
Currency is calculated in U.S. dollars (USD) only. We do not convert payments into other currencies.

Sales Tax
Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to an Illinois address. Illinois sales tax is currently 8.25%.
No-Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges, returns or refunds under any circumstances.
However, WildflowerFarm.us will issue a refund for orders we cannot fulfill. This may occur if a product is not available for the given event date and stock is not available.
All merchandise must be inspected immediately. If there is a defect in the merchandise the customer must contact WildflowerFarm.us within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. WildflowerFarm.us must verify the defect or damage prior to issuing any refunds. Any dress altered or changed prior to the inspection will not be allowed for a return or refund of any kind.
Refunds are processed by the next business day.
Currency is calculated in U.S. dollars (USD) only. We do not convert refunds into other currencies.
Email Addresses
WildflowerFarm.us require an email address on your order. All correspondences, confirmations and notifications are provided by email.
We strongly suggest using a current email address, which you have access to and check frequently. Important information about your order will be emailed and may require an immediate response.
Order Confirmation
An automated order confirmation is emailed 5 – 7 business days after an order is processed in our system. The order confirmation confirms the vendor, style, size, color and other order details. The confirmation also provides the estimated delivery of the order from the vendor to WildflowerFarm.us.
Estimated Delivery
The estimated delivery provided in the order confirmation indicates approximate time frame the vendor will ship the order to WildflowerFarm.us. The time frame is an estimate only and determined by the vendor.
Vendors’ estimated delivery time frames are tentative and subject to change according to their production schedule. Vendors cannot guarantee their delivery dates. Vendors reserve the right to change their delivery time frames at their discretion and without advance notice.
Most often, orders arrive on or before the estimated delivery time frame. However, vendors may experience slight delays in their production and/ or shipping schedule, which can affect an order’s delivery to WildflowerFarm.us. WildflowerFarm.us does not maintain or have control of a vendor’s production or shipping schedule.
We have on-staff expeditors to ensure the timeliest delivery of customer orders.
Order Resolution
WildflowerFarm.us will make every effort to process an order with our vendors. Periodically, vendors may contact WildflowerFarm.us regarding an issue with an order. If we cannot resolve the issue and need additional information, Customer Service will contact the customer. Customer Service will email the customer a minimum of 3 times. If the email is non-transmittable, Customer Service will call the customer’s phone number given on the order.
If Customer Service does not receive a reply from the customer within a timely manner, the order will be submitted to management for refund. Refunds are processed by the next business day.
Delivery
Standard delivery from a vendor to WildflowerFarm.us is approximately 10 – 16 weeks. Rush delivery is approximately 4 – 8 weeks. Quick Delivery collections have approximate delivery of 2 – 6 weeks. Immediate Delivery collections are available 7 business days or less.
These times frames are estimates only and subject to change. Estimated delivery time frames vary between vendors and products. To view an estimated delivery time frame, click See Estimated Arrival Date on the Product Page.
Vendors address a 5-day workweek. There is no production done on the weekends. Vendors observe all Christian and Jewish holidays as well as a specific vacation schedule. We ask to take this into consideration in deciding when to order.
Relative to the vendor’s point of origin and enhanced security measures mandated by the United States Government, ordered shipped into the country can take longer to be processed by customs and can compromise the estimated delivery time frame.
Additional Fees
Additional fees may apply for select order specifications. Such specifications include, but are not limited to, plus sizes, extra length, Hollow-to-Hem measurements and rush delivery.
Availability and fees vary between vendors and products. Availability and fees display on the Product Page.
Selecting a Size
Vendors provide their own size charts. The size chart shows the measurements the vendor uses to determine their sizes. Size charts, sizes and measurements will vary between vendors. It is important to use the exact vendor’s size chart for the product when choosing the size to order.

Prior to selecting a size to order, we suggest reviewing the information provided in How to Measure on the Product Page.
Measurements are taken to determine the closest size top order. Garments are not custom-made to exact measurements or fit like normal clothing sizes. Almost all garments will need some type of alteration for the best fit.
Measurements and sizes are based on U.S. calculations. WildflowerFarm.us has a Converter on the Product Page to determine U.S. measurements and size.
The customer is responsible for the size ordered and whether or not to order extra or custom length. WildflowerFarm.us cannot assume any responsibility for the size selected by the customer. In addition, our Customer Service representatives are unable to assist with measurements or suggest a size. The vendor is unable to accommodate any changes to the size once the order has been placed.
Available Colors
Colors displayed on WildflowerFarm.us’s website may vary from the actual fabric color. We recommend contacting an authorized retailer to view a fabric swatch. Note, the swatch card color may also vary slightly from the actual fabric color.
We ask to indicate the color you wish to order exactly as it is posted onsite. Many garments are available in multiple color combinations and with trims. The customer is responsible for the color ordered.
Dye Lot Variation
Colors may vary from WildflowerFarm.us’s website, retailer swatch cards and the actual fabric. Vendors cannot standardize their dye lots so variation can occur between bolts of fabric. Most variations are slight and a shade off.
WildflowerFarm.us strongly recommends placing a bridesmaid order at the same time and on the same order to avoid dye lot variation. Bridesmaid orders placed separately or added-on to an existing order will most likely be cut from a different bolt of fabric and vary in color.
Also, dye lot variation will occur with garments from the same vendor but different styles or with garments from different vendors. Colors are not standardized among vendors.
Fabric orders are always cut from a different bolt of fabric from garment orders. Dye lot variation may occur with fabric and garment orders. Neither WildflowerFarm.us not the vendor can guarantee a color match.
Swatches
Vendors provide retailers with swatch cards for in-store use only. WildflowerFarm.us cannot order or send swatches to customers.
Rush Delivery
Rush delivery is an option offered by most vendors for orders with an event date that falls short of the vendor’s standard delivery time frame. Rush delivery caries between vendors and is dependent on the vendor’s production schedule. To view an estimated rush delivery time frame, click See Estimated Arrival Time on the Product Page.
Rush delivery affects the production of an order but does not upgrade the shipping from the vendor to WildflowerFarm.us or the shipping from WildflowerFarm.us to the customer.
Availability and fees for rush delivery varies between vendors. To check availability and fees, see the Product Page.
Shipping
WildflowerFarm.us ships Domestic and International orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders are insured for their value at the point of purchase.
The shipping fee is based on current shipping rates excluding Free Shipping promotions.
WildflowerFarm.us asks for a complete shipping address and include a business name, apartment number, or suite number if applicable. We suggest using a business address if a person is not available at your residence to sign for and accept the package. While we request a signature of receipt, the carrier can use their discretion to leave a package at an address if they feel it is secure.
Changes to the shipping address must be made prior to our receipt of your order.
Custom and Duty Fees
Custom and duty fees may be imposed by the recipient’s country. Wildflower Farm is not responsible to notify or charge customers for any additional custom and duty fees. The recipient is responsible for any applicable custom and duty fees upon receipt of the order from WildflowerFarm.us.
We cannot identify orders as gifts.
To check if your country imposes custom and duty fees, please contact your local government institution.
Arrival Of Order
Upon receipt of your order, WildflowerFarm.us’s Shipping Department will verify the order is correct and arrange for its shipment. The Shipping Department will email notification the day the order is scheduled to ship from our location to the shipping address. The email will include the tracking information.
Domestic delivery is approximately 7 – 10 business days. International delivery is approximately 7 – 14 business days. These time frames are estimates only and delivery may vary.
Receipt of Order
WildflowerFarm.us asks customers to inspect their order immediately upon receipt.
If you have any questions regarding your order, you must contact Customer Service within 5 days of your receipt of the order. We may not be able to assist you if Customer Service is contacted later than 5 days of the order’s receipt.
WildflowerFarm.us will automatically charge a customer’s account $100.00 if an order is refused upon delivery to the shipping address.
Fabric Content
Most fabrics are a Polyester-blend. The addition of Polyester gives fabric durability and reduces wrinkling. Fabric labels will often show 100% Polyester.
Free Shipping
WildflowerFarm.us offers free shipping for wedding dress orders shipped within the continental U.S. We also offer free shipping when 2 or more bridesmaid dresses are shipped to the same continental U.S. address with subtotals of $299.00 or more.
Free international shipping is available to Canada and Europe for orders with subtotals of $599.00 ore more.
Promotions
WildflowerFarm.us periodically features promotions exclusive to online purchases. Online promotions are not applicable to in-store purchases from Wildflower Farm Couture salons. Likewise, in-store promotions are not applicable to online purchases.
Online promotions adhere to these Terms & Conditions and to the offers’ specific offer’s disclaimer. Promotions are available on a limited time basis. Promotions cannot be applied to previous or existing orders or used in conjunction with any other offer.
WildflowerFarm.us reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without advance notice.
Lowest Price Guarantee
WildflowerFarm.us offers the lowest prices guaranteed. We will beat any competitor’s price.
We will provide price matches on authentic merchandise from legitimate brick-and-mortar stores and Internet websites only. We cannot price match any retailer or website that is not an authorized retailer of a designer or sells designer copies.
WildflowerFarm.us reserves the right to approve or deny proof of competitor pricing. The Lowest Price Guarantee cannot be used with any other coupons or rebates and cannot be applied to previous or existing purchases or in-store purchases.
Vendor Collections
Vendors are responsible for the maintenance of their collections. The vendor determines the availability of their styles and can discontinue a style at any time and without advance notice. Vendors reserve the right to modify or discontinue styles, sizes, colors, order options and prices at their discretion.

Vendor Restrictions
WildflowerFarm.us abides by vendor policies, which may include restrictions on the representation and availability of their collections.
